Welcome back. Volume 5 focuses on the invasion of the Seafolk, or more specifically the Deep Sea King himself. This is where the narrative of One-Punch Man began to have some sense of drama, and I think it's where the series finally came into its own as a competent story that could make you really think about themes such as heroism and what it means to be strong.
Anyways, here's the redrawing differences.
Chapter 28
Nothing in the arc was really changed up until the very end, after Saitama has defeated the Deep Sea King. In fact, this is pretty much the only scene that was redrawn at all: Genos' thoughts as Saitama gives the credit to all the other heroes who worked hard only to be defeated by the Deep Sea King.

And that's all I could find for this one. Not much going on this volume; Murata must have been satisfied with how it turned out. Or maybe he just tuckered himself out from going so hard on Volume 4 lol.
